21A Reading Reflection 2
For my second reading assignment I read Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future by Ashlee Vance. The overall theme of the book was inspirational, the relentless hours Musk puts into his craft must not go unnoticed. I think this book connects flawlessly with this course as it solidifies the idea of going out and just trying new things and working for what you believe in. If i were to make an exercise from reading this book would be list out 10-20 of the most outrageous things you want to accomplish in life and take one step closer to achieving them. The most interesting this was that Musk lived in his office space to save money on rent with his brother.

ReplyDeleteI considered reading the Elon Musk book but decided not to. I have always been super interested by him and his work. I like your idea of creating an assignment where you list the most outrageous thing you want to accomplish in life. Some of his inventions seemed insane before he created them.
